AI Beauty Concepts ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Jacis Entertainment LLC, operates the AI Beauty Concepts mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.
Photos and Images
When you use the selfie try-on feature, the photo you choose to take or upload is used only to generate a style preview. See "Photos and Face Data" below for how it is handled.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data such as which styles are viewed most frequently. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
Communications
When you chat with Zara, your text messages are processed to generate responses. These conversations are not stored permanently.
The only face-related data we collect is the selfie photo you choose to take or upload to preview a hairstyle on your own photo. Our servers run face and hair detection on that photo to locate the head and hair region. We do not store face templates, facial recognition data, or biometric identifiers, and we do not use your photo to identify you.
We use your photo only to generate the preview you request. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Your photo is processed on our servers (Google Cloud, United States) and sent to Google's Gemini API solely to generate the preview; Google processes it under its Gemini API terms and may retain it temporarily as described in those terms.
On our servers your photo is held in temporary memory only and is never written to disk or a database. It is automatically deleted within about 35 minutes of capture, or sooner if our service restarts. To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app, contact kenny@jacisentertainment.com.
We take the security of your data seriously. Photos are held only in temporary server memory, as described under "Photos and Face Data."
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use third party advertising networks. We use the following service providers solely to provide app features: Google (Gemini API) to generate style previews from your photo; Anthropic (Claude) to generate Zara's chat responses from your text messages; and Supabase and Resend to store and confirm appointment bookings you make.
Our app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app by contacting us at kenny@jacisentertainment.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
